Imperial War Museums
New strategies for digital content and online learning
“Oliver’s support, experience and insight as a consultant were invaluable as we set out to develop a digital strategy for Imperial War Museums. He brought an informed and expert external perspective, which improved and accelerated the development of a strategy framework and ensured we captured and synthesised the needs of all our stakeholders.”
We assisted the Imperial War Museums in the vital first steps towards putting their new Digital Strategy in place. This included workshopping with the senior management team to develop a framework for the strategy and achieve the necessary buy-in to make it happen.
We also worked with the Arts Media People on an extensive review of the Museum's approach to learning, leading to a root and branch reappraisal. This included advising on best practice for the use of digital to support both formal and informal learning.
Devising and facilitating workshops and creative brainstorm sessions forms a fundamental part of the way we work. Our approach is designed to break down barriers and ensure democratic engagement from a range of participants, whatever their level.
“I wholeheartedly recommend Oliver as a partner for strategic development. He brings deep and wide industry knowledge, and experience that helps fill in the gaps for organisations that are unfamiliar to a strategic approach to digital development.”
